It’s super easy! And it only takes a few minutes.
To begin your DIY body massage, first, apply one of our Body Oils - choose from the Cellulite Body Oil, Stretch Mark Body Oil, or Moisturizing Body Oil, depending on your needs and preferences.
Next, stimulate your lymphatic system by gently pumping the two major lymph nodes in your body - the ones behind your knees and underneath your armpits. Do this 5 times each for best results.
Hold the tool in a vertical position and begin massaging your legs. Starting at the ankle, stroke the tool gently in an upward motion towards your inner thigh, repeating 3-7 times per area in each leg. Then, switch to the outer thigh, again stroking upwards for 3-7 times per area.
To massage the front of your legs, hold the tool horizontally and start at the front of the knee, moving towards the groin area.
For the back of your legs, hold the tool in a vertical position and stroke upwards until you reach the gluteal fold. If needed, use a step stool or chair to reach the back of your knees.
To massage your arms, hold the tool in a vertical position and use smooth, gentle strokes from your inner wrist to your elbow and from the elbow to the armpit. Repeat 3-7 times on each arm.
Finally, massage your waistline by holding the tool in a vertical position and moving downward towards the lymph nodes in the sacrum and groin area. Repeat 3-7 times on each side.
Massage at least 3-4 times per week for best results, but feel free to use it more often if desired. With this easy-to-follow massage routine, you can awaken and support your lymphatic system, promote healthy circulation, and improve your overall well-being.
