How often should I apply this lotion?

We recommend applying our sensitive-skin friendly Hand & Body Lotion every day, especially after bathing or showering, to keep your skin moisturized. For particularly dry skin, you can apply our lotion twice daily. If you need extra moisture on your elbows, heels or cuticles you can always couple our lotion with our Do-It-All Balm.

What are some ways to prevent dry skin?

To prevent dry skin, it's important to moisturize your skin several times a day, especially after bathing or showering. You can also limit your bath time and use gentle, moisturizing cleansers like our Daily Shampoo and Body Washes that are sulfate and paraben-free and contain natural oils like jojoba, chamomile, and olive oil.
 
What ingredients should I avoid when selecting a lotion?

It's best to avoid lotions with synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, and other potentially harmful ingredients. These ingredients can irritate the skin and cause damage in the long term.
